"I would give this no stars if I could. I have lived in my home for over 15 years. For well over a decade, I had All Points Trash Services. A few years ago, WM bought them out. Immediately, they were horrible. Scheduled pick-ups were off with no notifications and the fees literally almost doubled in 3 years. From $63 per quarter to $114.40 per quarter. Additionally, I repeatedly requested the ability to be able to recycle and was told it was not offered in my area. However, they boast about being "green". After getting a bill where the fees had increased another 20% in the last year, I decided to cancel. I am currently on the second hold I have been placed on. The website does not allow you to cancel and makes you call. After going through all the correct prompts to cancel (clearly says to cancel, press this number), I sat on hold for 17 minutes. After getting a representative and asking to cancel, she says she has to transfer me to the cancellation department, which is where I was supposed to be routed from the automated system. Now, I am on hold again and my phone reads over 58 minutes of call time. I have no idea how much longer I will be on hold and no idea what number I am in the queue. The picture attached was from 10 minutes ago."
