"We just moved into our beautiful home built by Riptide Builders and we love it. The quality of our new home is excellent, beautiful details and many up to date selections to chose from. When we started this process with Britney, she was very informative and gave great detail on the how this build will go. She was professional and always responsive. During the middle of the our build she moved into another role and Lauren took over our build. She was also very good with information and process, gave great updates. Brian, our Project Manager was excellent, very responsive, always was available when needed. He was on top of our build and made sure our home was beautiful. This is our 3rd home we have built and Brian by far has been the best project manager we have dealt with. He continues to answer any of our questions even after we have moved in. Building is never an easy process, however this team made it smooth and easy for us. We also appreciate all the information given at the end.
