"I have never seen such a rude, inconsiderate bunch of workers. I live in an area off of Highway 90, where work has been going on for awhile now. They are constantly in the road talking and not paying attention to their surroundings. I've witnessed many 'close calls' as far as car accidents due to their negligence. Most of the time there are no flaggers and one side if the road is blocked with no signs or warning, and it changes throughout the day. The workers will just stand and stare instead of directing the traffic. The road is dirt now and with this heat, extremely dusty and they speed up and down kicking up dirt and rocks with no regard for the people living here. It's disappointing, we need to be able to live and work together in a safe and respectful way."
