"Dr. Molter is a joke. He can't even deal with a simple case of arth for a good physician. Dr ritis!! His bed side manner is HORRIBLE as well. I only chose him because he was the closest Dr to me who takes BCBS. BIG MISTAKE!! I recommend really checking around for a REAL physician, as Dr. Molter is FAR from it!"
"My wfe had an appointment Friday morn, 5/20. As a transplant patient of 14 yrs, she had no immune system. We have doctored with Dr. Molter for many years, so he was well-aware of her situation. While most people can fight off coughs and colds easily, everything became serious with her. Dr Molter told us it was a sinus infection and gave prescription for antibiotic. The next morning she died at the emergency room from massive pneumonia and bleeding, from something rupturing from the coughing. Thanks, Dr. Molter! Never forget you!"
"I had to call to check in on my blood work results twice. They scheduled me for a specialist and never called me with the appointment time or any info regarding the said. Anytime you call (which for me is very rare) the staff runs you around in circles and you never get a call back. If I could give this Dr's office a negative star I would happily do so. Very disappointed in this office and their professionalism."
