"WORST dealership ever!!! I was completely stranded! My car locked up and I could not get it in neutral or out of the road. I contacted the dealership and they were more concerned about getting off early for Labor Day weekend. I have 7,000 miles on my Acadia Denali and this is the second time it has had to be towed for the same issue. After 4 1/2 hours of waiting for a tow, I was charged by the dealership for the tow. I am very disappointed that I have been treated like this. I will never purchase another GMC or a vehicle from Hadwin White. The tow truck driver that picked it up said he had picked up 40 GMC vehicles with the same issue over the last week. A serious RECALL needs to happen if all these vehicles are being locked up because of a bad fuel injector."

"This is my Response to Hadwin-Whites response to my original post: It is true my vehicles are 11 years old. I have two 2011 Toyotas. One has 230000 mile & the Highlander in question has 140000 miles. The Highlander had a small chip in the windshield that was repaired several years ago. Both vehicles are taken to Sparks Toyota every 5000 miles for applicable service. Vehicles are washed by me personally every 2 weeks. That way I am aware of any flaws on the vehicles. I asked Britany at Hadwin-White to repair/polish the spot they put on the windshield. At no time did I ask for the windshield to be replaced. If spot could not be repaired then I would have asked for replacement. That is when she rudely "told" me I had to turn it in to my Insurance. Please see the pictures I have attached. Please see the filth & the parts that are missing on the roof rack. I had just washed and vacuumed the car the previous weekend. My negative review & complaint is legitimate. Hadwin-White has demonstrated terrible customer service. They promised me excellent service & repair of my vehicle the basically lied to me as to what I would recieve. Took 2013 Toyota Highlander, clean vehicle to the Hadwin White Body Shop to be painted since Sparks Toyota does not have a Body Shop . Picked up vehicle with the interior being filthy & floor mats that had been taken out of car for no reason trampled on & white dusty foot prints left in the floor mats. Also there was dry paint chips on the dash. Also Luggage cover that is used in rear of car behind rear seat was laying in the back. Prior to taking the car in, the Luggage cover was installed under the Rear storage area floor mat. Please see picture that has footprints on the cargo mat. Also there was a strong chemical smell on the Interior of car. The big thing was the Windshield was scratched. It looked like there was paint or overspray in the windshield & a dull razor blade or some other tool was uses to remove the paint causing the scratches. I contacted Britanny Wineglass the Collision Center Consultant and in a rude statement told me I had to file a claim with my Insurance Company if I wanted it fixed due to Hadwin White would not take responsibility. Stay away from this Organization. They talk a good game but will not back it up."
