"I have been with weather guard for a long time. I’m disappointed in their work they did to my shingles and roof. Called so many times. Ignores my calls. I paid the company in full and still have warranty. They refuse to complete their job. And is not done correctly. I’ve done my part. Hoping they will do their part correctly. If it continues, I shall be forced to take further action."

Once he completed his inspection he walked me through the damages and explained the insurance claims process.
