"Spoke with property manager and a most kind soul, in reference to tropical storm/hurricane/deluge Debby and if units were affected. I hadn't had time to check myself, so I inquired about flooding. He assured me that they check the units during/after events and if affected occupants are notified, and to never hesitate to call and inquire.
