"Well ordered some stuff for my little boys bday party and the mail lady apparently gave all my packages to the nabor to give to me but still haven't seen those items or do I want to cause their house is infested with bugs so even if I do get my mail back I'd have to spray his toys down with bug killer just so he could play with them. Didn't know it was legal to get ur mail to other residents."
"Mail man has given nothing but issues since I moved here, he does not put flag down or pick mail up like he should, then leaves mail and notice that I have something to sign for at post office that he was unable to deliver because no one home but tells postmaster no one lives here because place I being remodeled. When asked about mailing supplies am told they allow certain people that they know and trust to take stuff out and bring back later that day or next to mail but when I attempted to be allowed I am instructed I have to bring all items there, file out packages and labels which would take over an hour, only get 30 minutes for lunch and they close before I get off unless I make special arrangements to run in there and they keep phone on fax mode all the time"
"Can your lazy carriers even get out of their vehicles to attempt delivery of packages? Your driver left a notice stating that he was unable to deliver our package because no one was home to answer the door. Well, we were home all day waiting for it. We also have 2 surveillance cameras on the outside of our home that show that the postal carrier never even got out of his vehicle to attempt the delivery! This post office has been the worst one we have dealt with. We have missing mail and packages all the time and we KNOW that this post office has stolen our packages and money that has been sent to us. After speaking with friends and neighbors in our area, it seems as though many of us share the same concerns about this post office. Time for someone to investigate!"
