"I just needed my account number, that was it! I thought going in person would be easier. Just call, I promise it'll save you a headache and a half. No one knew how to listen it felt like they didn't know how to do their job, even though I tried to explain myself multiple times. I got a car loan through them and I was told that I couldn't pay it on the app without direct deposit without making a checking account (that's a lie you can). I left there with a whole other joint account that I didn't need what so ever that will never get touched. (I said no the joint account and they still made it). The 2 people I talked didn't listen to me what so ever, 1 apparently doesn't know much about what her company does othan than what's on the paper they give you, the other was rude the whole tiem and neither could look me in the eyes for more than .01 seconds."
