"Called the customer service number twice and only thing I heard was a mechanical beep in the background. Called because one of the big dryers I was using you could see flames in the back grate. Literal flames. Guess these people want their business to burn down if they don’t answer the phone."
"I can't get a hold of anyone. A business good or bad should at least have a phone number to reach someone. The washing machines keep stealing my money an my fiances money. Owners please respond so I can come get my money that's owed to me."
"This place sucks!!!!!!! Thought we'd be washing a load of clothes before we flew home, nope !!!! Half the clothes were drenched, half not wet at all, than we went to switch washers to an upright one. Nope ate our 3 bucks. So we're forced to dry dirty clothes and pack them in our suit case. THANK YOU SOOOOOO MUCH !!!! ID GIVE YOU A NEGATIVE 100 STARS !!!!! And now to top it off. 1 of the dryers is throwing ice cold air. Doesn't heat up at all WASH YOUR CLOTHES IN A SINK OR A CREEK BY HAND BEFORE COMING HERE !!!!"
"I used one of the new washers and 2 of my socks ended up stuck in the front portion of the front loader and never truly got washed. I honestly dont feel like the washer produced enough water to get all my clothing wet and clean. The first dryer I used didnt heat up, so wasted 20 minutes with that. I will be finding a different laundromat because this one I wouldn't recommend to anyone."
"BROWNS creek Coin Laundry is very run down. 1/3 of the machines don’t work or are missing buttons but not all are marked that way. The locals inside will tell you what machines to avoid. Several people said that the top and bottom dryer units won’t work at the same time. The restroom light switch is missing but does have wire nuts on the wires. No soap or paper towels in the bathroom. Dirty floors. Nothing in the vending machine. This place needs some TLC."
