"Edit to review! After them having mower for 2 months and charging almost $400, this is the end result. As I started to cut grass. This whole piece falls off which controls the mowers motion. Now it won't move. Highly disappointed in these fellas. Rating may change after work on mower is complete. Dropped mower off and couldn't get in touch with them for 2 weeks. My mom had to finally go up there to find out status of repair. Phone was either busy or just rang with no answer"
