"On there website they have to put there dang Fax number! There is none on there website just there phone number which makes it very hard to fax them over any information they requst and it only shows there address! Having the doctors keep sending over the same information is ridiculous!"

"I have worked with WIC offices in OR, WA, MO and SC. I've never encountered an office where the doctor has to fax a WIC rx over and over again and they still don't have it until here. I've never encountered an office where the WIC dietician tells you she has been there for two days yet you've called three days in a row and had to leave a message each time. I never have the right stuff on my WIC card each month. I know they are short staffed but that means you work harder, not the other way around and use the excuse of being short staffed. Three separate dieticians have also told me when I asked that they don't know if a certain formula/toddler formula is covered. How do you not know!? It is your job! I had one dietician tell me, after my twins' pediatrician told me to ask them what they cover and she will rpescribe something WIC covers, that you don't get an rx before going to the doctor so I shouldn't be asking if they cover something before the rx is written. Lord have mercy!"

"The worst health department in the area. If you can, stay away from this department. The employees are very rude and disrespectful, always trying not to help you, but to make you the problems"
