"Squarely mediocre. This is out-of-network for our Ford, so you are at the mercy of Shell. Had to 1) DL their app, 2) sign up for an account, 3) add a payment method, 4) add funds to my "Shell wallet," THEN 5) I could start a "slow" fast charge. They advertise up to 150kW rate but the best I could get (solo at the four chargers) peaked at 68kW. At least it worked, and the surrounding area (South of the Border) is hilarious so it wasn't a total waste of time."
