"I wanted to share my wonderful experience with this family-owned company. I had an idea of the type of customed designed stone that I had searched for all over the United States & no one could help me. I stopped into TN Memorials one day after work. I spoke with this lovely young lady named Rachael who showed me their book & we talked briefly. I didn't go into details about my custom design that I had envisioned but thanked her & left. I began the searching other avenues. I kept hitting roadblocks & became more disappointed with each call. So, I decided to go back to TN Memorials. I sat down with Rachael & started explaining my idea of what I wanted the stone to look like. She listened to me and my heart. Together we brought the stone for my beloved husband to light. I finally felt that God sent me back there for a reason. To make this complete, they had to order the granite from Africa & the bronze from Minnesota. Rachael kept me informed every step of the way. When the stone arrived, Rachael, Tyler & I looked at it together & cried. I was so amazed & proud of the outcome. Tyler did a great job on engraving the design on the granite. Family & friends have told me how beautiful it is. I know my Michael is smiling down from what was accomplished. Now, I feel that Rachael, Tyler & Rocky are family.
