"ATM stole my money and they refuse to give it back to me its been 10 days and still don't have my money. Some of it was cash and 2 checks. The 2 checks were written on another account I have with regions and they cleared 3 days ago and still haven't put the money in my account. VERY SHADY BANK AND THEY ARE USELESS WHEN IT COMES TO HELPING US WITH THIS ISSUE."

"Most of the people at this branch are very nice and helpful, but over the years they’ve had a few employees that have zero business working in the public sector due to their unfriendly demeanor. One lady was very passive aggressive this past week as I deposited checks into my account and got a small amount of cash back. This branch either needs to train their employees on how to treat their customers in a friendly manner, or hire better people for the job. Don’t talk to me in a condescending tone or treat me like I might be a criminal simply because you don’t recognize me. If you need an ID for a transaction, that’s understandable. Be pleasant when you request one without being snarky. Just in case Regions does see this review, the woman’s name begins with a T."
