"William was amazing to work with. We didn’t want to use a realtor at first but after speaking with him we felt very comfortable and assured he would be able to help. We had realtors calling and even met a few others but William was the clear choice. He was helpful, informative, listened to what we wanted and addressed any concerns we had. He had our home sold in no time! He went out of his way to help us because we didn’t live in the state anymore. If you want a realtor you can trust call Wingman Reality, William is the best."
"I highly recommend Wingman Realty. I have had wonderful experience with William and Alicia, they have sold 5 houses for me over 4 years the latest one this week. He listed it on Friday night Oct 22nd and it sold Saturday Oct.23rd and closed this week .He and Alicia are the best! I always recommend them if I know someone is going to sell their house."
"I had a great experience with The Wingman Realty . I was trying to sell my house in Maryville “ by owner”, and was willing to pay buyer agent commission 3% , I listed it on Zillow for about 10 days with only 1 showing .Meantime, I received many phone calls from different realtors - who were offering to sell my house for 5-6% commission. Only William Prichard from The Wingman Realty offered to sell my house for 3% commission- 1% to him and 2 % to buyers agent. He was very responsive, came to my house at evening and listed it on next day . Usually with other agents it would take several days to get a listing ready . I had several showings and got an full price offer in about a week. Alicia Prichard was helping me to communicate with buyers agents in timely manner. I would definitely recommend The Wingman Realty to anyone!"
"We used Wingman Realty to sell our home in Maryville, Tennessee. William and Alicia were such a pleasure to work with. William listened to our needs and responded to any and every request and questions we had. William went above and beyond when we ran into snags when we finally had a buyer. We were ready to let the sale fall through and take the house off the market, but William kept us on track and we closed March 29, 2021. He was willing to sacrifice some of his already low commission to make the deal work. We wouldn’t allow him to do that, however. He was so good to us throughout the entire process. In the end everything worked out wonderfully. I highly recommend Wingman Realty for your real estate needs. Paying more commission doesn’t mean better service in this market."
"I contacted William to list a house in early January of 2020. The pro's and con's of my experience are as follows: Pro's: 1. Initially very responsive and quick to call back 2. Completed the paperwork quickly and seemed to be well organized 3. Did not request I sign any binding representation agreements 4. Offered a 3% total commission structure Con's: 1. Not very forthcoming with feedback or activity updates such as showing notifications to the point that I had to actually REQUEST to be notified of showings. The house was vacant but I thought that would be fairly standard. 2. Constantly requested we lower the price in spite of my clearly stating I was patient and would adjust 'as needed.' Based on his comp structure, a $10k drop didn't affect him much and it seemed like he wanted it sold ASAP (bear in mind, it had only been for sale 30 days.) 3. We had a showing the same day I agreed to lower the price $10k. The buyers indicated it was their 'favorite house.' Great news in general but, rather than waiting for feedback based on the initial price, William calls the agent with the 'good news' that it is now $10k less before the price change had updated with MLS. This struck me as a very poor strategic decision. 4. When questioned about the decision to immediately run to the agent with the lower price before gauging their interest level at the original price, William essentially threw a temper-tantrum. He accused me of a 'raking him over the coals' and constantly calling him (5 text messages and maybe 3 calls over 30 days.) He then berated me for not lowering the price more , and then, for his final act, he hung up on me when I indicated that it was time to terminate our listing agreement. I have worked in sales and dealt with customers for 25yrs. There have been many times I've been frustrated or upset but at no point have I ever felt it was appropriate or acceptable to melt down and then hang up on a customer. I felt like I was trying to break-up with a Junior HIgh girlfriend instead of have an important discussion on selling a house with a supposed real estate professional. After the strong start, my view of William's service had begun to wane a bit but that called confirmed any doubts I had about his temperament and my faith in his ability to represent me in any transactions moving forward. It is unfortunate since I do like his 'lower-cost' approach to listing homes but that lower cost in no way justifies his utter lack of professionalism. Fortunately, my story did end well. 3 days later after terminating our listing agreement with Wingman, I listed the house through a similar lower-cost option. We had the home under contract at a price I was happy with in a week and it sold today. There is a place for lower-cost listing options in the market but, based on my experience, Wingman Realty is not it."
