"This branch of CBBC has treated me far worse than any other and has done so on at least three occasions so far. Both tellers and managers have stood in front of me and lied to my face about services offered and it has come back to bite me multiple times. And now, one of my accounts has mysteriously disappeared. They can see it, they can tell me what’s in it, as if I didn’t know how much money I’m supposed to have, but I can not transfer money in or out of it or access it in any capability. This bank is scummy and shady, and practices a very poor business approach. Do not go here, take your money somewhere that they will treat you like a person."

"I've been banking with them since I was 18 and I'm 25 now. I only chose them because my grandmother banked there for decades. That should have been my first red flag. This bank is absolutely great unless you're looking for easy access to your own money. Their app and website are both terrible even after updates. They treat you like you're committing theft just for trying to check your own balance. And forget any kind of after hours customer assistance. If you can't check your balance because of their faulty technology but it's a Sunday? Oh well they can't help you. Now I'm off to attempt to pay my bills. Let's hope I have enough money in my account, you know, since I can't check first."

"I called to ask about business banking and was greeted with a cheerful, happy voice! 10 stars for the greeting alone. Not only was the clerk cheerful, but she was also knowledgeable. This was not a call center this was someone actually working in this location. I will be stopping in shortly. Thank you for amazing customer service and patience with my questions!"
