"Food was ok but they didn't honor there own coupons they send in the mail. Coupon was for the big dinner box for 24.99 but because they said it's a normal item the coupon can't be used and still changed me full price. If you have coupons then you should honor them. I will never come back the the Laurinburg, NC Pizza Hut ever again"

"Ordered pizza online for 3 workers for our 30 minute lunchbreak. Order says online it is ready. Drove to pickup our order only to find out from an employee that "the "cook" is out of the building off playing with her boyfriend somewhere" and that our order had not even been started but the shift manager was going to start it and the window drive thru worker was going back there to see what she could do to help her get the order in the oven. I asked for the store managers contact info but the worker did not know it and there is no sign posted."

"No customer service. 4 phone calls, 3 of which hung up on me. 4th phone call was no help. SAD! Ordered a pizza at 7:53pm. Estimated time of arrival was 8:28 pm. Pizza did not arrive until 9:42. Hot pizza is great, this pizza wasn't even close."

"I have ordered from this location 3 times since they've been open and ALL 3 times were bad experiences! I waited a month b4 going back this last time and it was still a mess. I ordered my super Supreme pizza through the app and it was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes...well I was actually 30 minutes away and thought cool it would definitely be ready without any problems by the time I get there. Smh...when I arrived long story short they had GIVEN my pizza to someone else!! I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my pizza only to get home and notice that several toppings were MISSING!!! The veggies were correct but it only contained pepperoni and Italian sausage for the meat. While I was sitting there 4 patrons were in there complaining about their orders also! I'm just speechless on this establishment..I was so happy when they opened but now wish they close down and try again when they can stay off the phones and take better care of the orders."

"I ordered 2 pizzas on the mobile app, they got the supreme right, but got the BBQ chicken pizza wrong. Instead of BBQ sauce they gave me buffalo sauce with all the same BBQ chicken pizza ingredients on top. Not to mention, I had to wait 10 minutes for somebody in the drive thru to get their pizza when mine was ready. If somebody’s pizza isn’t ready they’re supposed to ask them to move. Overall just bad food, bad customer service and bad atmosphere."
