"Child support is extremely frustrating in general. There are things I wish could be different but I think the entire system is broken. Nancy is my caseworker and she has always helped to the best of her ability, listened to my frustrations and is quick to respond. She’s the only reason my case has made any headway. As much as I wish things were better, I appreciate that it is not their fault my ex husband does not do his part."
