"I had plugs and plug wires put on my Fird Ranger pickup truck. I was charged $125 for the "service". I was told I couldn't wait for my vehicle because if I did, something would go wrong while he was putting it on. I called a lyft and went to eat. It was done when I returned and mechanic told me that I had a broken plug that he removed before replacing all of them. It turns out that something in fact did happen even though I didn't stay and wait for my truck to be repaired. When the mechanic put the spark plug wires on he didn't secure them correctly and the wires got up against the manifold of the engine and burned holes in them forcing me to get them replaced for a second time. When I called the mechanic he said he didn't remember changing plugs and plug wires on my truck. I will never use this business again and suggest that no one else does either."
