"I have never in my life encountered such a disregard for justice and TN law. Rule 301 of initiation in D&N cases requires a referral to DCS when DCS is not the petitioner but not in Blount County. This court will take your children and sell them to the highest bidder. The police and DA know about the corruption yet do nothing. The appointed GAL did close to NOTHING. No permanency plan and absolutely no hope for reunification. Whomever has the most money to buy the best lawyer wins. Justice is an absolute JOKE in this court."

"I have ptsd because of a judge giving custody to my narcissistic ex and he abandoned the kids and moved out of state once during the custody courts too. He admitted to abusing us in court and she gave him custody 6 yrs ago. He dropped them with his child molesting mother and took off. Barely showed to court. The majorstraight gave me 2 yrs ago 12 hours on weekends and they are here alot more than that. My exmil is tired of raising them and he is never home. She won't drop them off at a court house because she is scared of him. I have no medical rights and they need Dr's. I'll have ptsd for life because of the judge."

Be careful of the attorneys that are in this building they are bottom feeders . Get your own attorney outside of this building. And the foster care review board are useless and it needs to be restructured or disbanded. Anyone wants more information on the injustice that was done to me here feel free to look me up. May my Lord have mercy as I pray for these people souls daily as God is the ultimate Judge and we all will stand before him to account for our wrongs.
