"Locked my keys in my car after a late shift at work. With it being the middle of the night I was worried it would be hours or even the next day before i was able to be let back in. Wayne was here to help in 20 minutes! He was great at communicating arrival time and was very speedy, professional, and kind once he was here! So thankful for these guys and their awesome team and would absolutely use them again!"

"COLE'S WRECKER SERVICE towed our 2021 Sorento to their lot. When they picked up our vehicle it was in PERFECT condition. When we picked up our vehicle the day after towing they had it backed into their lot where I couldn't see the damage they caused to the underneath of our vehicle. Immediately upon getting home we noticed that the tailpipe and exhaust system was heavily damaged!!! I contacted COLE'S the next morning as they were closed when wr got home. I left several messages with the receptionist for whoever towed our vehicle to contact me and of course they never did!!! Upon further inquiries I was advised they did deny the damages and said it was damaged when they towed it. There are no photos to substaniate said damages were pre-existing!! The estimate was for 2,000 in damages!!! My vehicle was covered in mud where the damages were and they evidently let our vehicle hit hard on their rinky dinky dirt and muddy lot during unloading!!! I have almost never had my vehicle off pavement and I know the damages were not there when they picked it up!!! I guess ANYONE can say the didn't cause the damages and we are just going to have to live with our vehicle being damaged until we can get a settlement in Court!!! I will be filing a lawsuit to try to repair my vehicle!!! I cannot file with my insurance company because I won't lie and say I damaged it to get it repaired. BEWARE OF USING THIS WRECKER SERVICE unless you want to take the chance of your vehicle not being damaged because if they do they will lie and say they didn't do it!!!"
