Hardee’s

"2nd time going to this new restaurant. And again my order was wrong. I got breakfast this time giving them the benefit of the doubt. I ordered a number 7 and a number 2 which is a pork chop gravy biscuit large with orange juice and the other is a bacon egg and cheese biscuit also large. Hash browns weren’t cooked all the way. Bacon egg and cheese was missing the cheese. I asked for my receipt when I paid with card and the girl working front counter said that she will call my number when it’s ready. How do I know my number when no receipt was given to me. Manager was in the office and assistant manager was walking around in the kitchen. They could have swept the floor in the kitchen they have all that time. The floor was very dirty already. This is a brand new store and no wonder the last Hardee’s didn’t make it. No one wants to do their jobs correctly. I will never step back in there that’s for sure."

"I payed for a five piece chicken tender platter and only got a three piece and no fork to eat my coleslaw. But what food I got was awesome"

"For being a new restaurant this place should be making good food. And getting orders correct. One sandwich out of 3 were correct. Drive through girl was giving me dirty looks the entire time. This was my first and last time I’ll be at this new restaurant. I’d rather eat the gas station food. I don’t see Hardee’s being open very long if this continues"

"First time coming and absolutely disgusted by what I was given as a chicken tender platter. The girl at the second drive thru window and her friend was hanging out the window wanting to fight.. I’ll make the extra drive to the other locations where my chicken is cooked properly and I have a peaceful experience. The girl at the first window was great though and should be the one running it."
