"In the 8 months I've had an account, I couldn't even tell you all the problems I've had. I've spent more time in the branch and on the phone with support than I have in the last 50 years with ALL other banks combined. Terrible rules, difficulty withdrawing money, people "guess" the right answer to questions because they admit they don't really know. The final straw was cutting my MM interest rate from 4.3% to 2%. They cited that 'interest rates are changing'. When I pointed out they're still advertising the 4.35% on their website, they said "That's just for new customers". Well, now I'm NOT a customer, and never will be. Now, after finally moving money out, they CLOSED MY ACCOUNTS with a direct deposit pending. Now I get to spend time trying to find where that money went! I REGRET USING US BANK. I wish I would have read the reviews first! It would have saved me a lot of time and grief."

"I have been banking with US Bank for about a year. I have had nothing but positive experiences with them. I had to come in to get a cashiers check and the lady at the front desk was phenomenal and professional. Nancy was absolutely fantastic. She was professional and kind. Highly recommended for anyone looking for banking services."

"We are there every week taking out “petty cash” for tips etc. We prefer going to the drive-up teller vs the atm because the staff are all so pleasant and such a joy to see their smiling faces, especially Lana! She is always bright and bubbly and really makes our day. We initially had a slight issue receiving our new checks when we first moved to the area but that was during COVID so everything in the world was a mess. They hopped right on it and it was resolved quickly. No problems since. They are great!"
