"I recently asked about my savings (money market)percent to make sure I had the now over 2% rate. My rate is and has been .2%. I was told by the teller that I had to REQUEST the higher rate . The Regions financial advisor also that is just the way financial banks operate. I am seeking to take any savings out of a bank and move to my financial advisors who DO look out for my best interest."
