"Never can deliver a package, always have to go pick it up myself. It always says attempted delivery before they even attempted to deliver it. If I could I would always use any other services because they can atleast deliver your goods and to the right residence. But unfortunately where I do my shopping some of it is default to USPS because they should be able to do it but they don't"

"Poor service they do not deserve a rating. Poor management problems with mail being delivered. If you complain they do not deliver your mail. Terrible"

"I have had 2 Amazon packages say they were delivered to a person at my address. This is not true. The first package was supposed to be delivered March 6th a 3:33 PM says hadned to resident. At that time on that day there was no one there I was at work so was my wife and my daughter went to get my grandaughter. They cant find it all they say is GPS shown them in my drive. Well Amazon replaced the package and sent it again. And again it says delivered to resident, except this time I was home and working in my garage with the door open. No one came in the drive or my dog, who was also in the garage would have jumped up and ran out. Tired of the lies, and shoddy service. They want to raise rates but do nothing to earn it typical goverment service. They need to shut it down and let FEDEX and UPS take it over at least then we might get results and not excuses."

"I have been trying since Dec 2, 2022, to get my package that this post office states they show scanned at the wrong address, admittedly told us they've been delivering our mail at the wrong place for a while now.(We also have had our mail/packages found on the ground by our neighbors,propped up by a tree, this is so unacceptable). I have been told everyday by Tonya that Tyler would go back and talk to the resident where he scanned delivered, and then would redeliver to us. This has been going on since Dec 2, here it is Dec 15th, and still don't have my package. Then they just hung up on me when I called again to check why I still don't have it and didn't get the call back that Tonya said she would call yesterday, she never did. I have been told the same story every day that they would retrieve package and redeliver since 12/2...at this point there's no excuse of being short staffed or doing the best we can. I understand all that, but it's been 2 weeks and being told the same thing daily and nothing being done it's inexcusable. I am out money and a Christmas gift for my daughter. I have been advised and have started a process that's the next step in this matter am not one to complain, but this has been an ongoing issue for several years that seems to be getting worse, and then to be treated with the disrespect that was just shown to me by hanging upon me then not answering when I call back. Shame on them for conducting in this manner ."

"This location used to be great! My mail lady was WONDERFUL! I have a new one & Not so great anymore! In the last 2 weeks SEVEN packages have not been delivered but they all say delivered. I think who ever was "delivering" them got themselves some new ceiling fans & light fixtures! Now I'm afraid to order anything that the post office has to deliver!"
