"Package was transferred to the PO by UPS, was supposed to be on the PO truck from 8:12 am today, but the PO said they couldn't deliver it today, Sunday - said they left a note,--- sorry, the person receiving the package was home all day !! Has a camera and no truck was seen !! Very poor service !!!! What was the carrier doing all day?"

"Usps is awful trying to get support.. have basic questions about shipping a package and at home pick up, but was unable to find any information. Heaven forbid there's a person who can answer phone calls or a number to reach the local branch."

"The folks at the Louisville Post Office are awesome!! Our mail carrier could not be nicer; she is pleasant and efficient. When I went in to the PO today to mail some packages, Carl was so helpful! Since no other customers were waiting, he kindly built the Priority Mail boxes for me them closed them up when I was ready. The world needs more people like this - people who CARE."

"Update... Today 1/9/23 I received several magazines and coupons. Proof they hold periodicals (someone told me they did so). Magazines were from middle of December. Some of the coupons have already expired. Our mail used to be delivered before 1:00 now it's sporadic and sometimes in the evening. I understand it being later and short staffed but I do have an issue with this: We went 3 days without mail delivery last week (Mon-Wed). Only exception to this was a package. This was delivered by a guy they called in to just to do this function. Our regular guy Stuart was back on Thursday and told me had 2-3 days of mail to deliver. Let me be clear I have no complaints with him whatsoever. Friday, I put a bill out and it wasn't picked up nor did I receive any mail that day either."

"We put our mail on hold because when we moved into the house there was not a mailbox. Due to long hours of work, moving, and personal situations, we have not been home long enough to get the mailbox installed. The mailbox post is now in. Yeah. We went to the post office to pick up our hold mail. When we got to the post office, we were told that they sent our mail back to sender. Apparently, mail on hold means something else to the postmaster. Tony (post office worker) is also very rude. When we left, he yelled "bye. Never come back again." What a welcome feeling to the area. NOT!"
