"My research for a new car lead me to KIA, Honda and VW. My first stop was the KIA dealer where I met Greg Taylor, the most non-pressure salesman I’ve ever had the pleasure to experience. He listened to what I wanted and needed, he showed me several options, and had me test drive several models until I was sure what would work for me and my family. We discussed prices and trade in values and presented me with a good offer, in writing. I mentioned in writing because another dealer I visited would only give me an offer, hand written, on a plain sheet of paper. I returned the next day with my wife so she could test drive the vehicle and decide how it would or would not meet her approval. Greg was very helpful in showing her the features of the car, had the ability to address all her questions and concerns and made sure all her questions were addressed without making her feel nervous or anxious. When it came time for a final decision, the negotiations on price was quick and fair. No pressure. The sales manager allowed me to negotiate and we arrived at a fair price for the car and my trade in value. We completed the purchase and drove our new KIA home the same day.
