"The place intends to get my car cleaner than some of the others. Clean facility too at the vacuum area. My only complaint is some of the guys when they lead you into the wash area intend to crowd you on top of other cars. This is why I left pure magic wash. Didn't care for the eye roll the guy gave me. It's ultimately my insurance that will have to pay if I end up rear ending someone in the wash due to being to close.. so if they continue to crowd people in like pure magic does, I will cancel my membership."

"Really enjoyed this car wash, location, and vacuums. We decided to get a membership to use for our family. We try to use the most out of a membership but unfortunately you can only go in one time a day that was not known to us before buying. Most car wash places allow you to go through many times a day as you want or need if you get membership. I wouldn't need more than twice, but when you get unlimited you would assume unlimited usage. Too bad would have been 5 of 5 for us otherwise"

"Very rude customer service do to the vehicle I was in (jeep) it was fairly dirty, but I paid my money and believe if it was a problem then they should of told me and I would of left. I proceeded to the first stop where the two guys was smacking their brushes on my windows and was making very rude comments about my car. When I went through the wash and noticed the manager punched in a number I guess it changed what I pitched because all it did was spray my car none of the rotated brushes ever touched my car and when I pulled into a spot to start vacuuming he and a few other workers would not stop watching me. There was no clean rags they was all wet and nasty. Every trash can was well over full. I could have paid a 10yr to wash my car and would have been 20x better would definitely not recommend going if you value your car and want some decent customer service."

"This place is great because you can get a membership to get a car wash every day if you want for a flat, decent rate. It’s 17$ for the first month and then 29.95$ every month after. The owner is nice and they have a very good system so the turn around is fast. The vacuum centers are equipped with high quality drying clothes as well as various other cleaning items. I recommend getting a membership."
