"Had a problem with my phone constantly saying no Sim available and the phone would lose service. As soon as I walked in the store Sarah greeted me and immediately knew what was needed. My SIM card needed to be replaced with an E-Sim. Sarah was able to install the E-Sim not only on my phone but my wife’s as well. Kudos to Sarah, she provided excellent customer service, I would highly recommend this store and Sarah especially."

"Not sure who I talked to, went in to see why my phone repeatedly gets No Sim errors. The dude told me it’s because Apple did a software upgrade. All he offered was to buy a new phone. Went home, after thinking about that, I called Verizon. They fixed the issue over the phone in 5 minutes. Customer service like that does not build confidence in me. Doubt I’ll be back to that store. Beware!"

"Had a ton of things to handle moving from FL and ended up in Blairsville Verizon. They were all so pleasant to deal with! Sarah was the best! She really did help us navigate everything very well and was incredibly helpful and so sweet! I don’t care if we have to drive farther to go to blairsville in the future we will because the customer service was spot on!!"

"Went to upgrade our phones on the family plan this week and Sara was SO incredibly helpful! She did everything she could think of to find us discounts/deals and even price matched items. All my questions, she went above and beyond to answer or explain. I feel like I walked away fully informed and got a great deal, which isn’t my typical in person phone-store experience. The only complaint I could possibly have was the waiting on my phone to transfer but I’m so thankful they took that time to make sure it worked before we left. Plus both sales associates were so friendly & welcoming that the time flew by quickly. I’ll absolutely be returning to this location! (Thanks for your help ladies! You rock!)"
