"Have been a customer for the past 5+ years and in the past year the way this bank has handled fraudulent use of our account due to their policies which end up costing their customers at no fault of their own and the treatment given in these cases both by phone personnel and branch personnel to be unconcerned and rude at times. Pulling my business completely as of today and going to a bank who has better policies to protect and help their customers!!"

"Maybe if the workers would stop rolling their eyes at the customers and learn to run a debit card correctly they would be alright. My husband and I are out 600$ dollars, because the teller ran our debit card the wrong way and she claimed the money would be back in our account by Monday. Here we are Monday without our 600$. When my husband called we were told “ oh you don’t have an account with us so we can’t help you “. You can’t help us fix what you messed up? Wow what a great policy to go by. ** rolling eyes like your bank teller does **"
