"Will not be using this company ever again. My family has had memberships for years. Last month went through and a brush in the tunnel broke my passenger mirror. Site Manager Clint Robinson did a damage report and said I would be contacted in a few days about repairing the damage. Waited and no on ever called. Tried to call PureMagic customer service and was told they only handle member subscription issues and that I have to contact the location. Stopped at the location and talked with Clint again and he took my information and said he would get his boss to contact me within the next couple days. It been a month and no one has called. Very bad business practice of giving you the run around and no one that you can talk to. I would warn everyone to stay away from this type of shady practice."
"Pure magic in Alcoa, TN is the BEST car wash I have ever been to. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My Car after the wash and going through their polish tunnel came out immaculate. The employees even took it upon themselves to spray and wipe off my mirrors and windshield. I was given free towels and air fresheners just for visiting! This place is definitely worth money. It saves money getting the ultimate package for only 25$ a month with unlimited daily carwashes for the entire month. I mean just think about it. I take my car to get washed around 3 times a month so I’m just saving money. The new management has definitely made a wonderful impact with the car wash site. He made me feel very taken care of and heard. I haven’t seen customer service like this man in a while. I will definitely recommend everyone to stop by!"
