"From making the online booking up to getting the vehicle and returning it, all instructions were perfectly clear and fees were all very transparent. I had been using Enterprise not until I learned about an alternative cheaper option called Turo. But when I compared my recent booking, I found out that ENTERPRISE is way cheaper and has the best and NEW vehicles as well. Added bonus were the friendliness and warm services of the staffs named Carl or Kyle and Cameron as well as the lady who accommodated us upon getting the vehicle (whom I missed to get her name) and the vehicle is conveniently available 24 hours at the airport for pick up and drop offs. Unlike in Turo, it’s either extra charges or not available at all. I will definitely recommend to all travelers who need rental vehicles to use ENTERPRISE. "I rent cars all the time. I do primarily use Enterprise. Typically their 'away' from airport locations are super nice and easy to work with, their airport locations are normally more typical of the competitors. This location at the Knoxville airport was above and beyond terrific. The people were wonderful. Their computers were down but they didn't use that as an excuse. They moved us along, got us into cars and even upgraded many of us for the inconvenience. Absolutely the best airport experience for a rental car I have ever had. I will always use them when I fly into Knoxville."

"I absolutely love the staff at the ALCOA (TN) Highway Enterprise. Cody is the assistant manager and typically the individual that is there when I arrive. He and the others are professional, efficient and quick. I have been to 2 other locations and while everyone was professional the service was nothing like the Alcoa site. My cars are always clean, ready and in great working condition. I hope I never have to rent anywhere else."

"I have rented a car twice now from Enterprise off Alcoa Hwy, and both times have been a GREAT experience. This most recent is the best; I was involved in a car accident, and State Farm Insurance set me up with a rental. The process was absolutely smooth and seamless with zero hiccups. I was 'given' a Jeep Grand Cherokee to use while my Chevy Blazer was in the shop, and it was so nice. I'm thankful they actually had a higher trim level, as it was FUN for once to have a rental instead of a chore. They called to check on me the next day, making sure I didn't have any questions or issues, and they allowed me to leave the car at the body shop instead of turning it in at the Enterprise location. The staff was courteous and helpful and I would recommend them to any and all!"
