"They deserve 0 stars. They stole money and are very rude. They charged my debit card and gave me no gas. They said the money would be put back on and it still isn't. They don't answer the phone. I was at the ER at Blount Memorial Hospital and I went to this gas station be cause it was the only one open on my way home to Knoxville. I was lucky to make it home and not run out of gas. And they didn't even say sorry. I'm super upset and I want my money back!!!! This place is horrible and they're bad people. Stealing is wrong!!!"
"I let the cashier know politely that the bathroom was not clean. It was so disgusting that I cringed. The bathroom door doesn't lock. I know I locked the door behind me but a guy had opened the door while I was drying my hands."
"Pretty sure I just almost got mugged here at 6am. Guy in an unmarked van and a guy in a car showed up real quick when I showed up and seemed in a hurry to get there but then just milled around, not getting gas, parked in front of pumps but not close enough to actually get gas. I stopped the pump before it was fully done and left immediately."
"Staff was friendly. Good selection of snacks. The gas pumps take forever. I prepaid, then I went to put gas in my vehicle but I was"too fast" so it canceled. So I went back inside..and then the pump said one moment please, then it wouldn't let me select unleaded..and I went back in and finally I was able to get the gasoline I paid for."
