"They have children running the place.. sadly that have never been taught customer service. I worked in the service industry a long time and was honestly appalled by the lack of hospitality. I told the young girl I was just filling up my toddlers sippy cup. She handed me less than half a cup of lemonade. (I paid for a full cup) I went ahead and filled one cup up; I have two toddlers, and asked her for the rest of the lemonade. She told me I would have to pay for another cup… ? Very confusing and just very bad business."
"They would not replace the cookie cake we purchased that was melted to the board and could not be eaten. Even though we have the cookie as proof that it was not edible.We were told to purchase another one with a fifteen percent discount."
"Great American Cookie Company in Foothills Mall is doing amazing work. The atmosphere behind the counter is infectious with joy. The staff is polite, helpful and eager to make your experience enjoyable. To top it off, the cookies are delicious and their designs are jaw-dropping. My wife and I recently purchased a cake and gave the team at Great American Cookie Company creative leeway to celebrate a pregnancy. The cookie cake was amazing. The design left everyone raving and the taste made sure there were no left-overs. This business is well run. They provide an inviting and inclusive environment for both customers and staff. Would highly recommend to everyone and anyone."
