"They have children running the place.. sadly that have never been taught customer service. I worked in the service industry a long time and was honestly appalled by the lack of hospitality. I told the young girl I was just filling up my toddlers sippy cup. She handed me less than half a cup of lemonade. (I paid for a full cup) I went ahead and filled one cup up; I have two toddlers, and asked her for the rest of the lemonade. She told me I would have to pay for another cup… ? Very confusing and just very bad business."

The staff is polite, helpful and eager to make your experience enjoyable. To top it off, the cookies are delicious and their designs are jaw-dropping. My wife and I recently purchased a cake and gave the team at Great American Cookie Company creative leeway to celebrate a pregnancy. The cookie cake was amazing. The design left everyone raving and the taste made sure there were no left-overs. This business is well run. They provide an inviting and inclusive environment for both customers and staff.
