"Customer service is the worst at T-Mobile. The stores can barely help with anything but taking your money and always tell you to call customer service. The corporate customer service are the rudest bunch of scammers I have encountered. Trying to cancel my account and they want me to transfer it to a friend or family member… as bad as AOL in 90’s."
"Switched over about 6 months ago from another provider I had used for 25 years. Samantha spent a lot of time and was very patient going over everything since it was for the entire family. Ended up adding a line and a WiFi hot spot and still saved a substantial amount. Fast forward, I was having some issues with the WiFi. Samantha once again took care of the issue by swapping for a newer model router and updating my SIM card. Very happy with my service and my bill vs my old provider."
"Samantha is the worst, stay away from this store at all costs. as long as samantha is there, that is a very hostile, and fruitless environment. impossible to reason with her. impossible to get a straight answer from her. asking her about what options i have regarding upgrading a line and adding a new line. all i got was disrepect. "i would give 0 stars if I could Samantha has got to be the worst hiring decision this company ever made. I pay over $300/month with more than 6 lines and a line for business and Samantha seems to think she is some hot shot treating me and other customers with 0 respect and any kind of customer service skills. she quite literally told me to leave because she couldnt find info on this promo i was told about by another employee few days prior. she refused to help and was very insulting. she was telling me to come back later when the other employee was working. even though she is "assistant manager" some how, as if that title means anything anyway. terrible customer service from a very unqualified "assistant manager" Samantha is the worst, she needs to be fired and whoever hired her needs to be fired. i wouldnt even allow her to work in a mcdonalds for God's sake. go to cookout fast food and you will receive better customer service than what Samantha has to offer after leaving that store i went to the other location on hunters crossing, entirely different experience. Aiden and Bear were radiating with positive energy, ready to answer all of my questions, and helped me get exactly what i was looking for without any of the attitude and disrespect."
"Terrible experience!!! I left my phone in an Uber on 7/1/24 then it was stolen by a rider who held it hostage so I suspended my service with T-Mobile that night and was advised of a trade in promotion so I took mytrade in to this store and was treated like a bum immediately and they refused on a trade in. Very condescending crew and that's the truth. I was treated terribly and $155 later I got a phone. Traumatic experience losing your phone and then be treated like a damn bum was unreal"
