"We went with Brown Haven because of a recommendation from one of our neighbors. Both my wife and I were impressed with the planning and selection phase of the project. We did experience some challenges once the build started. The PM who started our build was working from old print that he did not verify before starting. Changes that we made were not included in the initial build. There were other issues that we experienced, and we started to think that we had made a mistake going with Brown Haven. This changed once Tom Valichka was assigned to our build. Tom turned the build around, and was great to work with. He listens, is responsive and produces quality work.
