Casey's

"Hey Casey's, air pump doesn't work, Casey branded. Mng super helpful, tried to get it running. Incredibly, she says she's not allowed to tell anyone it's not working, it's a third party vendor. You got to have a better process to get those things fixed. Again, the manager was super helpful trying to get the dang thing to work until we gave up."

"What a sad, dumpy Casey's. The one near where I used to live was stocked in the morning with donuts and all sorts of portable breakfast food; this Casey's has broken empty cases. Nothing for the AM commuter. It's also dirty and the staff are almost as sketchy-looking as the customers. I'm one and done here."

"This Casey's had a .99 cent drink so I get to register he says 2.09 I ask why he said that is only for Styrofoam cups I said well I didn't see those he says oh well we are out .....????? So you can gimme this one for 99 he said I'm sorry I can't do that.....So I want to know how come it's my fault you can't stock the stores ....I'm not going shop here anymore I can get robbed anywhere"

"Ever since pilot sold out their gas stations to Casey's in Knoxville they've been very disappointing. I try to keep giving them another chance but there's always trouble at the pumps. I've never complained before. But today I went to the merchants location and had trouble with two different pumps. Whenever I seem to ask them for help in repairing them they talk about oh having to put in a work order and all that and it doesn't ever seem to get fixed or it takes a long time. At the very least they could go out immediately or within a few minutes and put a sign on the pump and I always ask him to do that so that others are not inconvenience. Pump number 8 would not accept credit cards even though the screen said it did and to remove your card and then waited for 5 minutes and nothing happened. Try different cards and they didn't work so it was the pump. It's no one's fault if a pump doesn't work but it is their fault if they don't take it seriously and move quickly to put a out of order sign and or get it fixed quickly. Then pump one wasn't working and the hand lever was clicking off so you could barely go at super slow speed and it took forever just to put $5 in my tank. I was nice and I asked the lady at the register if she could please help because it's very frustrating. I definitely want to stop going there because of that and because of the persistent pattern of pumps being out of order. I used to think weigel's was the worst maintained pumps but it's definitely Casey's"

"I have never witnessed a gas station use their front entrance in the middle of the day (1:50PM) in an already crammed parking lot - to block 10 of the 13 available parking spaces by parking the semi truck out front (with a conveyer belt going through the front door, in the way of customers). Pilot never unloaded like this. Casey’s opened up many of these old Pilots across town without having ATM’s working, shelves stocked, and a lot of the simple things in place that made Pilot gas stations pleasant experiences. (Not a good first impression for new unknown-named gas stations in town). If these simple things continue to be a part of the customer experience, I cannot see them doing well. One or two bad experiences and everyone will drive a minute down the road to find a Weigles and avoid Casey’s any chance they can. I do hope they succeed. They just need to do better at these simple things before they develop a bad rep."
