"Everyone I spoke to in the booking process was awesome. Jeff from Tenessee stood out as well as Michael from Head Office. The one challenge I had was that the rate that I was given changed and I was charged a higher rate for extra miles. I phoned Uhaul and they rectified the issue and refunded the extra charge. Their customer service was awesome and the whole process was quick and easy. I would use Uhaul again for my moving needs."

"Negative stars. Made a reservation online and showed up on time only to find they CHANGED the reservation location with zero notification to us. The new location was 15 minutes away. I noticed they turned off their reviews - likely because this isn't the first time (nor will it be the last) that they've done this to their customers. I've been a u-haul customer for decades. Sadly, they lost me today and any possibility of a recommendation to others in the future."

"I Rented a 8 x 12 trailer for 24 hours on 7/31/23 at your corporate store in Alcoa Tn. I rented a 8x12 for Moving my daughter to college. Was a few minutes late returning on a 24 hour rental on 7/31/23. Ray your store manager, Charged me an extra day. Manager Ray, did not share when I told him I would be back right before closing on 7/31with it and that there would be a second day charge. If one minute late. I was about 61 minutes late before they closed at 7pm . I was a U-Haul dealer in the past for 15 years and I know they have grace on this. But he explained that they would not give me any grace. Also, as I was traveling back to return it, I called at 4 o’clock to share & I was going to be there about five minutes before closing. Nothing was said about one minute over being charged a second day. He was very very very stern and would not at all listen or try to assist in anything. Other than flat out no!!"
