"Our water conked out around 6:00pm on Sunday 5/6. I was referred to Byers by our neighbor, I called them about 8:15am on Monday 5/7 & talked with the most delightful lady who arranged to get a technician here the same day! Not a week later, not a day later, the same day!! Your guys arrived about 3:45pm & by 4:30pm they'd diagnosed a bad pressure switch, had it swapped out, changed the whole house filter (that was totally scummy), showed me how to change the filter myself, pumped up the pressure tank & voila, in less than 2 hours we not only had water again, but now have the best water pressure since we moved her 6 years ago! Needless to say, I highly recommend Byers for your well service needs, you won't be disappointed!"

I have been utilizing their services now for over two years for all my well and water system maintenance, as well as installation/replacement and repair needs, and they have kept my mountain cabin's well and system up and running with fresh water. "This company is by far the most unprofessional group of people I have had the deal with. The reasons , my adult daughter was out of water for a week with 4 children and when we had replaced a filter, replaced the pressure switch it was determined that the new pump had failed. I placed a call to get it repaired or replaced I was being yelled it from the very first. I kept asking the female why she was yelling at me ? She continued yell and then from a previous quote of 360. 00 down payment now it was 400.00 . When I asked why she just continued being belligerent and said she never said 350. They had told my daughter twice it was 350 and also they might wave this. Shewould admit to this and when I continued to ask why she was yelling at me since I'm the one trying to give you a credit card for payment ! Then later that same morning I realized that card didn't have enough to cover the 400. I called back and same thing again. Finally gave another lady my cc info everything was a go. Then later in the afternoon a man called and was yelling at me demanding he get paid before they leave! Like I've given you my cc for payment ! And he started saying that the 400 was a deposit because they were sending the pump to a Laboratory to be tested to see if it was struck by lightning. Well I'd had never heard that and I had been in the service industry for 30 years dealing with warranties from every commercial mfg of restaurant and hvac company and never had a service company to make such a claim and so unwilling to take care of a customer needs. I asked the man if he had children and that this I'd my daughter with 4 kids and without water for a week. What would he do ? He said pay here bill, yelling again. Like I've said they had two cc for payment. ! I was so upset to told him to do what his Conscious wasbgood with. He said he wasn't going !!!! Unreal company I only pray Karma finds he and the two women I had to deal with. DONT USE THIS COMPANY IF AT ALL POSSIBLE. I like to say I thought they had called my cc and something was wrong was the reason he was so upset and demanding 400.00 before they leave . Also what was said is the money was a deposit and the bill could go as high as 3,000 dollars . Still I called them for service ,never yelled and now I have this. .the next day my daughter borrowed the money and they came out and found the terminal box at fault and replaced it under warranty . Less than a hours work refunded her 80 dollars. Wow."

"We have been doing business with Byers well drilling for decades. Their customer service is beyond great. Recently our pump stopped working and Doug came to our rescue. He fixed our pump in less than a hour. Very professional, polite and friendly. Highly recommended!!"

"Very unprofessional. Did not notify us when they arrived or when they left. I saw from the window. They charge by the hour and the time charged was not accurate. Charged for two guys, not sure why both were needed. The photo is of the control box I was charged for. They had it taped closed. I took off the tape to find the corrosion. There was no power to the pump. in the 2.67 hours charged, neither realize the breaker was tripping. They had me call out an electrician. When they came back out the second day. Again did not let me know they arrived. My dogs alerted me. I met them at the well and let them know that I saw the corrosion and did not appreciate it. Their excuse was they didn't want to get electrocuted. (There was no power at the pump! ) It was then they replace the side with the screws. I came back some time later and was told the motor was seized and they would have me up and running shortly. I'm thinking, great they can un- seize it. About 30 minutes later one did come in to turn the water on. Not mentioning they had to replace my pump, cause of failure, etc. Much less cost. I was shocked to receive the bill over $1200. Never again. There has to be a more trust worthy source out there."
