"Dr. Tillman How dare you sit there and let those girl that “schedule” appointments tell me I had an “no show” when I NEVER HAD AN APPOINTMENT!!! They just had it out for me from the last time whenever they gave me a hard time scheduling my appointment and told me that I would have to get a referral just to have been seen by you. I explain to them I’ve been a patient for a long time they didn’t want to hear it they didn’t care, so I ended up getting a referral when I seen you. You told me and I have that on recording. that day you came into the room, you found some odd white pill after you pulled out the footstool. We laughed about it, and did not know what it was. You googled it as you continued to talk to me. I then told you what they had done. They were being rude and would not schedule me to see you that I had to get a referral. Your response was. “why would they make you get a referral? You’re one of our patients” and I said I do not know that’s what I’m saying you said “I don’t understand what they’re doing up there you’re not the first one to say things” you then said “if you ever have a problem Again trying to schedule just call me directly or the women over them” I trusted that if that were to ever happen again that I could do what you told me to do. Well what do you know today it happened again they lied said I had an appointment and I NEVER had one. If you could recall our last appointment you had me scheduled for a surgery, I came in and told you I felt OK I pulled out my own stint and I would rather not go through with a third surgery unless I really had to. I explained to you my daughter was in the hospital she’s a T1D and I just wanted to be with her and I felt OK you said to me OK I will let Dr. Bird know that you’re not coming to surgery. I heard you talking to the nurse behind me out in the hallway when I went to leave, you said just call if you start to hurt we’ll get you in scheduled for surgery. when I went to leave I talked with a short, chubby woman with short brown hair. I did not make an appointment because I explained to her and you were standing on the other side of the wall talking to another nurse saying that I was not going to have the surgery. I explained to that woman at checkout that you told me to give her a call if I started to hurt I never made an appointment that day. I do not know what you all have against me or what I have done because I’ve never done anything to anyone in that office. That’s why I thought maybe they had me mixed up with somebody they hated or somebody with the same name because it’s discrimination I have the recording of the last time they tried to deny me , I just don’t understand what it is that I have done. I have been coming there since Dr. Briggs was there and he was the absolute best doctor that I have ever known he would get the surgery done one time he wouldn’t charge Insurance to do three or four surgeries just to collect. How dare you turn away, knowing what they have done. Karma is real and comes in many different forms."

"Anthony is a very competent PA. Has a verygood bedside manner. Answered all questions andset me up for a test i requested. Did not talk down to me and wasn't in a rush to visit the next patient. Very competent on performing a certain medical procedure on me."
