"I have been a regular customer of Skyview Energy for several years and have always received prompt and courteous service. But on Thanksgiving Day when my 25+ year old oil tank decided to leak I was distressed to say the least. I had out of town guests and had them call Skyview for me while I did what I could to lesson/patch the leak. They came back to me outside and said they talked to a very nice lady (Heather) and she said someone would call and come out to check the situation. A kind gentleman, Alan came and pumped the oil from my leaking tank. I must admit that initially I was skeptical of results but when my friends reached a Real PERSON I was consoled. There were real people, lovely people, who came to my aid on a holiday weekend. Long story short I had a new oil tank delivered by Tyler and his team the following Monday and installed and filled just in time for temps to reach down into the teens. Brrr! I cannot sing the praises loud enough for this company. The fact they have delivered consistent service over the years and now in my time of need will keep me a loyal customer. Thank you to the gang at Skyview! A company is made great by the people that work for it."

"I am very disappointed with this company. We had a kerosene monitor that needed to be moved. A gentleman came out and moved it to a new location. It was leaking kerosene. The man came out to repair. To our knowledge it was fixed. (Summer) Cold weather arrived. The monitor doesn’t leak in the pan but smells like kerosene when it’s turned on. My husband contacted the company. He was told that the man no longer worked for them. Skyview was in the process of looking for another repairman. She put us on a list to be called back after hiring. After several calls to them she gave us another place to call. Apparently they do not warrant their service work. Twice this week she was going to check the invoice and check with the manage and call back. Still waiting."

"I recently had come to find my kerosene heater was out of fuel around 3pm, and with the lows for the night 23F, panic surely set in. I called Skyview and talked to the lady and asked how much it would cost me to have them out last minute to fill up the tank. To my delight, she said someone will be on their way in the next few minutes! When the technician showed up, he was very professional and very easy to work with. Overall I was VERY pleased with my experience with Skyview! I will definitely recommend them to friends and family as their customer service and product is top notch! Thank you again! - TJ"
