"Two days without Internet because I was mailed a self install kit set it up told me to go onto the app to complete. I did. It gives me a number to call so I called the number. They tell me that they’re not getting a signal Internet for the rest of the day, I have to wait until the next day for a technician to come out comes out says that he can’t get a signal. He’ll be back later on does not come back when I get in that evening evening tonight they say they’ll send another technician tomorrow around 5 PM so that’s two days, that my cameras are down and I have sustained some vandalism, which I cannot prove who it was so my next search is to find out if I can sue spectrum for the lack of service that I am paying for and the vandalism damages. Anyone have an opinion on this. After several more calls today and chatting through text on the messaging app and now have my service activated, but the picture below will show you the speeds that they are sharing with me. And I am subscribed to one gigabyte. All right, after chatting with someone on Facebook from spectrum I now have a new photo to upload of my speed test. Let’s see if it stays this way though. At this current time I am super skeptical."
