Story Concrete

"10 weeks...the amount of time I attempted to work with Mr. Story on getting a concrete drive formed and poured. I had a similar experience as the other reviewer, Gary Wear...after getting an initial quote and told ~2 weeks until the job would be done, 8 more weeks passed of calling and texting Mr. Story to put me on his schedule. He finally committed to a date of 9/3/24 and was a no-show. I called and texted for 3 days and finally gave up! What a waste of time, energy and effort, with a complete disrespect for the customer. Don't walk...RUN from this company."

"This place is an absolute joke. I called and spoke with them two or three times, and the day they were supposed to come out they decided to quit answering the phone and text. I called for two or three days and texted and they went from answering the phone on the first ring and responding to text to completely ignoring all calls and texts. I just wished I hadn't wasted a week with this company. I wish I'd have looked at the reviews on Angie's list because apparently this is a common thing for this company.
