"As an authorized retailer... this store is awesome. I called and talked to Cameron and got all the info I needed and more. I had to call the cooperate store in alcoa first and they left me with nothing but waiting for a call back...it's been 4 hours now. I got my first us cellular phones here and to this day, this store offers a better experience, better product available and much better staff than the corporate store less than 10 miles away. I'll be back, time and time again to this location. Wouldn't recommended anyone going anywhere else if you want customer service that truly matters and a representative that cares about your needs as a consumer"

"Stopped in to pay a bill yesterday and am very impressed with this location. Girl was activating a phone for a customer and took care of me while she was doing that. I appreciated that a great deal. I used to stand there for hours trying to pay my bill at Pigeon Forge location. This is a quick easy place to pay your bill. Always good customer service at this location."
