"The team that performed the bracing and provided moisture sealing were friendly and hard workers. It became frustrating to have to reschedule work a few times due to various issues. This also lead them to be out of sync with their electrician sub contractor, who did not appear the day we expected them, and did not uphold the primary team's same excellent level of calling before they arrived, and did not respect our home by wearing protective coverings on his shoes as the electrician walked across our carpets with dirt on a rainy day. We formed some concerns once the dehumidifier was installed and running, that the device was too loud and so we called the ask someone to come hear it with us and to check that it was running properly. We are waiting for someone to return to inspect it and meet with us to discuss the issue, which is understandable due to the holidays. We delayed making our final payment because we had questions and concerns. That is when Jason got on the phone to firmly remind us that final payment was overdue because the parts were installed, regardless of whether anything was working properly. We are still waiting for a follow-up appointment. And waiting on their photos of the work."
