"I do not recommend this practice AT ALL. In the almost 6 months I was a patient I only ever spoke to Dr. Zemichael three times, and never once got to meet him in person. He was constantly abroad and phone call connections we're spotty and crackling at best. He didn't get to know me as a patient at all, relied on my own self diagnosis and that of a counselor instead of offering his own diagnosis after evaluating me. He upped my current meds for no reason, causing me know harm than good (come to find out I shouldn't even be in these meds for my actual diagnosis). The entire practice is poorly run , absurdly expensive, and all around feels like a crock. 5/7 do not recommend."

"This place saved my life. The staff and. Doctor Z is the most caring place I have ever been. If anyone needs outpatient recovery this is the place to go. They are not all about money they are there to help us recover."

"This doctor, for some reason, charges the same rate per month no matter how often you schedule an appointment.. for example, I was paying about $120/visit for psychiatric medication management without insurance coverage.. once I had leveled out and my medications were stabilized, he switched to seeing me every other month, at which time I was requested to pay an additional $120 that day (2 months prior to my next appointment). When I questioned why I was being charged for appointments scheduled in the future, the receptionist insisted that I wasn't and that I had been paying for my previous appointment each time I had gone in the past.. which is absolutely false, since I had always paid for each appointment upon arrival when services were to be rendered. The wait times for appointments upon arrival were also often exceedingly long, sometimes upwards of an hour."
