"Got pulled over on my way to Georgia from out of state. No answer when trying to call to get ticket price ! Actually wondered if this was legit place. The cop was very rude. All It seems to be about is making money."

"Forced me to come back in from out of state for an issue I had with my own licensing state, just to prove I cleared it up with my own licensing state... Extremely difficult to get through to, and when I mention I live 5 hours away and would rather pay over the phone, they just say, "Yeah, that happens a lot, but you have to come in.""

"They leave the phone off the hook so you can't call general sessions. The officers fabricate stories to make arrests. The court preys on the vulnerable and poor to generate revenue. It's disgusting what "justice" they serve civilians in this county. Look through the pews of the court and then look at the judge and lawyers. All of the citizens are of lower to no income and struggling while the other side is covered in jewelry and expensive clothing. They don't care about justice or serving their community. They just want people to pay them or bodies in jail so they can generate revenue so they get their next paycheck. Absolutely despicable what justice is considered in this county. They should all be heavily ashamed of themselves."

"So I got pulled over going through there on my way to Florida. I live in Ohio. I keep trying to call to get the price of my ticket. No one likes to answer the phone. I keep getting the busy signal. It is a 4 hour drive from my home to the home. They do not make it convenient for anybody out of town. That gets pulled over there to find out the information that they need to be able to pay the ticket. So they don't issue a warrant for anybody's arrest. I feel like if they're gonna pull over out of status there. They need to be more digitally on picking app the phone and giving out the information that needs to be given instead of handing out each ticket to everyone to think that they're gonna show app 4 and a 1/2 hours away from where they live to pay for something and pay for gas, time and travel. When they can answer the phone and give the information over the phone. So we can just go ahead and send it in."

"The website had me rocking back an forth in my seat. While scratching my noggin till a bald spot appeared. I basically was left in limbo (thats a far off place n case u didn't know) it helped little to none as far as finding any of the information i needed to stay on the path of righteousness.. staying out of the jail there.. (its much worse).. so my heart goes out to everyone trying to use the site"
