"I was at Norris lake from Ohio and had car issues. I thought transmission was having problems and called Pro Fix. They came up and towed my car from lake to their shop and discovered transmission was fine but due to electrical issues I had lost 2 cylinders. They fixed the problem and had my car back in no time. These guys know what they're doing and very honest. I have gone back since for a different issue and again had great service. I trust them completely with my car. Everyone I spoke with at their shop was excellent. Cody went out of his way to explain everything to me and showed me damaged parts they replaced. I recommend them to my friends and family who frequent the area. Thanks again guys.. much appreciated!!"
