"This has got to be the worst place to get a car .. if I could have given a zero I would have , we have had nothing but problems from this car since a month after we got it it’s a 2015 Buick Encore tried telling them it was a shot head on it but since we are females it got brushed off so they kept it and “fixed it” and went and picked it up and guess what same issues They said it wasn’t the head but some other issues.. also I had progressive snapshot on it and I can see everything about anybody driving the car and the trips and one trip was 23 miles one of them drove my car and had numerous hard braking but said it had the same mileage as when I took it in . It has a clogged up catalytic converter, oil slinging all over the motor , transmission is acting up and tonight it slung the serpentine belt and killed the battery and now they can have it back .. will never buy from the place again nor would I recommend this place to anybody.. I took really good care of the car but I can only do so much it was literally taking everything I had to try to keep the car going, zero stars. Now the salesman Dean was good had no issues with him just the company itself"
